Model 750A Fluorescence Spectrophotometer
Description
The Model 750A permits accurate, precise, and efficient
measurements. The state-of-the-art spectrophotometer eases the
investigator's task of obtaining outstanding results. The Model
750A employs discrete wavelength stepping drives for accurate
and precise wavelength determination, important for analytical
specificity.
Investigators can now take advantage of the higher excitation
energies available with the Model 750A. This is accomplished by
means of excitation enhancing light sources, high efficiency concave
holographic diffraction gratings and the resultant elimination
of some energy-wasting reflective optics. Since the fluorescence
intensity is proportional to the intensity of the exciting light,
reduction of inherent energy losses offers the investigator a
more sensitive instrument.
