RGA analysis can be provided for ultra-high-vacuum systems. All elements are finished, cleaned, inspected, and ready for implementation in your system. For more stringent applications, ultra high vacuum versions for compatibility to the 10-10torr vacuum range are available. McPherson high-vacuum components and core experience in spectroscopy are useful for researchers creating special systems, for example experimental photoelectron spectroscopy stations that characterize ultrathin amorphous Silicon layers.
