Remote Fluorescence Detector

Detect fluorescence from remote, hostile or unusual samples with the FL-750 Spectrofluorometer. Measure irregular powders, liquids, etc. with remote fiber probes. This self-contained instrument uses light from a high intensity Xenon arc lamp. The high throughput f/4.5 selectable bandwidth monochromator delivers discrete wavelengths to the fiber and, to your sample. Your sample can be almost anything! Intercept weak fluorescence from a large area emission with the included optimizing lens. Collect and deliver signal to the fluorometers emission monochromator and high gain, very sensitive detector. Scan emission and excitation wavelengths from 200 to 800 nm with bandwidth from 2 to 16 nm. The built in photometer, amplifier and high voltage supply combine to achieve best signal to noise for most applications. This allows you to optimize your detection scheme and to research fluorescent behavior.
