Precision Vacuum Welding
We manufacture to order! Vacuum and ultra high vacuum components (UHV) - heliarc welded assemblies - chambers - stainless steel components as used in filtration and cryogenic equipment - mechanisms and apparatus involving optics and electronics - manifolds and equipment for sterilization, autoclaving, blending and mixing - reaction vessels and containers for volatile materials.
Penetration welded chambers and vessels in stainless steel and aluminum are routinely manufactured to OEM and individual customer specifications.
High and ultra high vacuum (UHV) welded bellows and assemblies of various configurations are now in manufacturing program of McPherson, Inc. Since customer requirements differ widely, a blueprint or sketch of the configuration you envision will enable the our proposal. Conflat seals and others within the industrial and scientific practices are customarily provided.
