The Model 792 multi-motor controller provides the user with a low cost and easy to operate high resolution scanning system to operate up to four stepper motor driven devices. All scanning performed via RS232 interface using McPherson Spectrometer Control software or your own.

Similar to command format used in 789A-3 controller for upward compatibility.

Economical, the Model 792 comes complete with up to four stepping motors to fit motorized McPherson slits, positioning devices, and sample handling accessories. The cabling for power, motors, limit switches, and RS232 communication are included.

The Model 792 includes a motor “Enable/Disable” switch for easy manual adjustment of devices.

Included serial interface permits changing selectable parameters over a standard RS232 COM port. No ADC or I/O boards required.
