McPherson Step Motor Drive Systems offer easy front panel and computer control. With McPherson spectrometers these motor drive systems allow very small wavelength increments per step and allow to oversample achievable optical resolution by more than 10X (oversample capability depends on monochromator model.) High resolution micro step stepper drive systems all offer easy to use RS232 interface, integrated limit switches, and homing capabilities. For Model 789A-3 and 792 executable software is available for spectrometer controls. Sofware support libraries are available for all models.
